Baking with Coucou Loulou!
We had such a wonderful time baking 'sablés' this morning with Coucou Loulou.
Children made their own dough from scratch using fresh, organic eggs, flour, sugar and butter; they were very excited to start mixing by hand!
We then rolled out the dough between parchment paper sheets and started cutting out a variety of shapes.
Time for the oven! 20 minutes at 200 degrees and the whole place started to smell divine...
A few minutes on the cooling rack and the lovely biscuits were bagged up and distributed to happy children and delighted parents.
